Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Morado Hair, we want you to love your locks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair extensions and accessories must be in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are untouched, and include a printout of your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
